Glow Effect
Want to make your images 'glow', which makes it look professional and stand out? Then read on. Turn this
to this:

1) Open up an image that you would like to use. I am going to use the above image, taken from this site.
2) Go to your Layers pallete at the side and right click on the preview image. Select Duplicate.

3) Click on the above layer (the copy of your original layer).

Go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

4) Set the settings to 10, like mine below.

The number can be anything between 5 to 15. The higher the number, the more effect it has. But it also depends on the image itself whether it would be suited.
5) You should now get a image like this:

Go back to your Layers palette and change the mode settings to whatever you like. I chose mine to Overlay. I suggest Overlay, Hard Light, Soft Light, and Screen looks best for this.

And that's it! I added a few more effects like dodging within the image itself (see other tutorials!) and a border around it. Enjoy!
