Jijy: Hi Kyle!!!! There's my host you could try out: http://imastalker.org/ A couple of people I know, but I don't really recommend you go with them lol. Just go round sites that shows visible hosting. Any sites that can host will most probably allow cutenews. :) I can't wait to see your new layout! | |

Jijy: There are different ways to use textures; I use them in my blends and layouts. So just save them to your graphics program, make a new layer with a texture on it and change the layer mode so the graphic underneath that layer can be seen. For brushes, again upload them to your program, and just stamp them onto your graphics. I'll probably make a tutorial on these. | |

Jijy: If it's a PSP brush format... look under File > Import > Custom Brush. And then click "Open" and search for thr brushes. If it's images, then crop out the brushes. Then click on the brush tool, view all your brushes, and on the bottom right hand side there should be a button and when hovered; it says "Create brush tip from selection". A new window should pop up, name the brush and click "OK". Sorry if that doesn't make sense! | |

Jijy: Well I used a glass effect from Lokas Software (a plugin for PSP). And for the colour, I'm not sure because the colour slightly changes you use a plugin effect. But right now, the main colour is #7c7a7a. | |

Jijy: I'm not sure. I've never used Jasc PSP before, and I use Corel PSPX. But they should be very similar. And yes I can make silhouettes using the burn tool with PSPX. | |

Jijy: Well PSP7/8/9/X/XI are all Paint Shop Pro versions. The newest one being PSPXI has lots more features/tools than PSP7. Try a trial first of PSPXI if you like it, I would recommend you buying that one. I looked into ebay, and the prices are set around $40/£20. And the PSPXI site says it's $80 for the full version. | |

| Jijy: Well you put your URL in the "address" field. You put your username in the "Login" and your password in the "password" field. For the "port" field, put "21". Your host/hostess should ask you what username and password you want. I hope that's what you wanted to know. | |

Jijy: I use Photobucket for most of my graphics. I suggest you use it as well. But you can upload images to your site, and just edit this code: <img src="www.yoursitehere.com/yourimagename.png"</a> However this will take up a lot of space on your site. I only use that method for my layout. So the answer is yes/no depending on the amount of images you want to use. | |

Jijy: Using Paint Shop Pro, make a new page filled in white. Then click on the font tool, and type something. You will see a font toolbar at the top, look for "create as" and select "floating". Then click "apply" for your text to be shown, your text should show 'marching ants' around the text. Go to "selections" at the top of PSP and then "modify" >> "expand". Set the number of pixels to 1 and click "ok". Then finally copy and paste that to wherever you want. I hope that helps. | |

Jijy: Lol it's okay. Background behind my layout? I just added the background code in the Iframe measurement pages so it automatically goes behind. Sorry I'm not good at explaining things. I make my own graphics by using Paint Shop Pro X and Animation Shop 3. And to link frames just add this code: <a href="pagenamehere.html" target="main">Link Here</a> You might need to change the "main" to whatever you called your middle frame. I hope that all works for you. | |
